This story is more humorous than scandalous, but definitely deserves a mention. Comedian and actor Bill Murray was stopped in Sweden a little over a week ago while driving a gold cart very slowly through downtown Stockholm. Police pulled him over and noticed a strong smell of alcohol and so requested to take his BAC (blood alcohol level) using a breathalyzer machine. Murray refused. Since he refused, Murray was forced to submit to a blood test and the results have yet to be released. He was allowed to skip the breath test in favor of the blood test because he cited the U.S. law which makes such an allowance. The results of the alcohol level blood test are expected to be obtained by the police in Stockholm within two weeks of the date of the incident.

After the incident, Murray returned to the United States, but was first required to sign a document which allows the Swedish police officer to enter a guilty plea for him if the blood test comes back high enough for the prosecution of a DUI in the Swedish court system. Unlike the stiff penalties which have been faced by many celebs within the United States for DUI offenses, Murray would likely only be required to pay a fine. The only way Murray would receive jail time would be if the blood test came back with extremely high blood alcohol content values which the attending officer believes will be quite unlikely. He stated to the media that Murray showed “no obvious signs, like when someone is really tipsy.”

As of yet, there have been no confirmations of where and how Murray obtained the golf cart. A few reports have stated that Murray took (or borrowed) the golf cart from a display at the hotel where he was staying during his trip. However, it is not illegal to drive golf carts on Stockholm’s public roads, but according to one of the police officers, it’s not really a very common thing to do. The strange situation has been featured on various news programming as an entertainment feature, including the vh1 show, Best Week Ever.

Murray is most famous for his stint on Saturday Night Live as well as his Oscar nomination for the critically acclaimed film with Scarlett Johansson, Lost in Translation.

Okay, so Andy Dick was never exactly my favorite person (is he really anyone’s?), but I never imagined he was quite this level of insane while intoxicated. I think he may even surpass Britney Spears in strange behavior. Though many of us probably haven’t heard anything about Andy Dick in years, with the exception of the time he tried to grope Ivanka Trump on Jimmy Kimmel’s show a few months back, it seems that he’s still up to some of his own antics, although they are now just kind of creepy. It only adds to the creepiness (and makes it a little bit sad) when you realize that he’s 42-years old and obviously more drunk and messed up than any of the young college guys shown in the incriminating pictures.

These pictures were taken in Columbus, Ohio at a popular gay hangout called the Axis Nightclub. Since his show was cancelled, Andy apparently decided to let it all hang out and was reputedly making out with college-aged males all night long and according to some reports, even had sex in the bathroom with one of them. I’m not sure how drunk you’d have to be to have sex with an Andy Dick looking like that, but I’m pretty sure it would be a tough level to reach.

This type of behavior unfortunately isn’t really a new thing for Andy Dick. There are countless stories of people encountering him at bars and clubs and in each case they always seem to talk about how incredibly drunk he appeared to be. He also apparently has a thing for making out with men while he’s drunk, though he still hasn’t come out with the “I’m gay” admission. So maybe he’s just subscribing to the “bi-sexual when I’m drunk” trend.

By the end of the night Andy had become so out of touch with reality and intoxicated that he had to be carried from the club. That’s not surprising considering the condition in which he appears to be in the accompanying photos. He also allegedly engaged in some very public urination during which he displayed his utter disregard for any degree of modesty whatsoever. At this point, it seems like nothing Andy Dick could do would be really surprising, unless he decided to you know, stay sober(ish) or something. But hey, to each his own.

Not only is Britney Spears currently dealing with the general craziness of her daily life (no doubt due to her non-traditional parenting style which includes at least a few nights of partying each week), but she’s also being forced to face the reality of something a little more serious: ex-husband Kevin Federline and his high-powered attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan finally getting serious about some child abuse allegations against her.

The basis of the child abuse allegations are not necessarily accusations of physical violence, but fit a little better into the category of neglect and parental ignorance. Some of rumored claims against Britney are her bad parenting skills which have led her young boys to have poor dental hygiene, eating, and sleeping habits. Hmm, I wonder how that could be? If only I could count how many times we’ve seen pictures of Britney parading her boys around very late at night and she’s also reputedly filled their bottles with soda. Someone needs to get through to Britney and her wild behavior very soon, or else she will lose all custody rights to the boys who supposedly mean the world to her (although that’s kind of hard to believe when she seems to be out at the clubs more than anyone else in Hollywood.)

Many of Britney’s assistants, family members, and other business associates have already been hand-delivered subpoena documents; meaning they will all have to testify to their knowledge of Britney’s parenting abilities and any of her actions which may interfere with her ability to be a fit parent for her two young boys, Sean Preston and Jayden James. Britney’s long-time manager Larry Rudolph has gone into hiding to postpone the inevitable subpoena he will receive forcing him to reveal information he might rather keep quiet. According to an email sent by Rudolph to Ryan Seacrest’s radio show, he will always be on Britney’s side and wants to wait as long as he can before being forced to testify against Britney.

Britney finally seems to have gotten some good advice from someone and has started an effort to bulk up her defense for the inevitable custody battle that will be coming soon. She has reputedly hired a firm of private investigation headed by Lisa Javoric to help with the case.

Some starlets and celebs are shy about baring their bodies for all to see, but if there’s one thing we can say about Sienna Miller, it’s that she’s not. It seems like every few months she gives us another look, whether it’s topless Sienna Miller in an official photo shoot for a magazine like Vanity Fair, or some paparazzi shots of a topless Sienna Miller relaxing on a luxurious beach. Either way, it’s not a bad view.

If you know the name, but can’t think of anything you’ve ever seen her in (besides the nude pics of course), you’re probably not alone. Though she has a pretty well-respected sense of style and fashion (she recently started a new fashion line called Twenty8Twelve), she’s only been in a handful of movies that the average person has probably seen including Alfie, Factory Girl, Layer Cake, and several upcoming movies (according to IMDB) such as Interview, Camille, Stardust, The Mysteries of Pittsburgh, The Edge of Love, A Woman of No Importance, and Hippie Hippie Shake. Despite her current plan of acting in feature films and fashion designing, Sienna Miller started her career in modeling which may be pretty evident in her love of showing off her body as you can see in her pictures.

She’s also famous for being part of the nanny love triangle with then fiancé Jude Law. While Sienna was engaged to Jude, he cheated on her with the nanny of his children, was caught, and eventually admitted to his indiscretions. Needless to say, the engagement was broken off due to the obvious trust issues.

In the realm of Hollywood, it seems like most women willing to bare their breasts in public are those who’ve had a great deal of enhancement and have what appears to be over-inflated balloons protruding from their chests. However, we know this isn’t the case with Ms. Sienna Miller. Though small by Hollywood standards, her pair are nice. It seems pretty likely that she knows this which is the reason we are so often privileged enough to see them naked. Anyway, that’s enough talk for now. Hope you all enjoy the pics!

It has been officially confirmed that the Owen Wilson suicide attempt was no rumor and that the troubled actor did in fact try to take his own life on Sunday. According to the Calls for Service report of Santa Monica County, California, a 911 call was made from Owen Wilson’s residence at 12:08 pm. The official categorization that the call was classified under was “attempted suicide.” According to multiple reports, Wilson was found by his brother in a “semi-conscious state” and was immediately transported to St. John’s hospital in Santa Monica, California. After receiving initial treatment for his condition, Wilson was transferred to the popular and seemingly celeb-friendly Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Beverly Hills

Sending a public statement to the press on Monday, the day after he was initially hospitalized, Owen Wilson said, “I respectfully ask that the media allow me to receive care and heal in private during this difficult time.”

In the past few days, there have been new developments in Owen Wilson’s attempted suicide scandal that support the claim that Wilson may suffer from an alleged major drug addiction problem. As of now, reports are saying that Owen Wilson cut both of his wrists and took a potentially lethal cocktail of prescription and possibly illegal drugs. According to gossip blogger Perez Hilton, Wilson may have taken a deadly combination of OxyContin and crystal meth. The Daily Mail reports that Owen Wilson is fighting a very serious addiction to heroin and cocaine.
In fact, there is much speculation that this addiction was the source of his highly publicized break up with actress Kate Hudson near the very end of last year. Could the painful break up be the trigger for his attempted suicide? It certainly seems possible. Since the break up, it has been rumored that Owen Wilson has been battling a serious depression and the very recent publication of Kate Hudson with her new boyfriend Dax Shepherd may have been the thing that completely pushed Wilson to the very edge.

It has also been rumored that a very serious argument with a close friend may have been an additional factor which caused Wilson to attempt to kill himself. However, as of yet, these rumors have remained unaddressed by Owen Wilson, his brothers, and their representation.

Once again, the scandals of drug-addiction, depression, and fame have taken their toll on a talented and well-loved actor. We wish him luck in his recovery.

Amy Winehouse, the huge-haired singer of this summer’s hit “Rehab,” was photographed with her new husband Blake Fielder-Civil at approximately 3:00 am last Thursday morning with blood and bruises covering her emaciated frame. Earliest reports stated that Winehouse and her husband, both notorious drug users, had gotten into a fight which resulted in Winehouse running out of her swanky hotel room. Guests in neighboring rooms had heard screaming and large crashes of furniture before Amy was seen running to the elevator, and later out into the street with Blake chasing closely after her. The pictures which have been published show the couple walking together and can’t quite convey the chaos which seems to have taken place that night.

Later on Thursday, Amy personally sent text messages to celebrity gossip blogger Perez Hilton who reported that Amy admitted that the fight was her own fault and that her husband Blake had saved her life. She stated, “I was cutting myself after he found me in our room about to do drugs with a call girl and rightly said I wasn’t good enough for him. I lost it…” Amy has also maintained that Blake has never hurt her, but has actually saved her life many times. Apparently the drug-fueled fight ended with the parents of both Amy and Blake traveling to the hotel the next day after the couple had made up in order to sort out what actually happened and probably to try to convince the couple to return to rehab as well. Though Amy claims Blake is a positive influence in her life, there are many reports from her long-time friends who state that since meeting Blake, Amy has only spiraled further out of control in her addictions.

The couple is no stranger to controversy as they have continuously checked in and out of rehab several times over the summer. Amy Winehouse has also raised eyebrows due to the now common knowledge that she is addicted to both heroin and crack, but has also admitted to abusing other drugs such as marijuana and alcohol. In fact, some of Amy’s earliest appearances shown in the United States featured her drunk and slurring her words as she sang. Due to these troubles, Amy Winehouse has recently been forced to cancel her upcoming U.S. tour schedule.

It looks like Lindsay will be getting lucky where Paris Hilton was not; she’s getting away with far less jail time than expected for her charges of multiple instances of DUI and also the potential charges she would face for the possession of cocaine and bringing cocaine into a correctional facility. It’s also definitely interesting to mention that Lindsay claims that the cocaine found in her pocket at the correctional facility did not belong to her, because as she claims, the pants she was wearing were simply not hers. Somehow, I can’t help actually believing that this may be the case in this one instance. However, I don’t believe for one minute that Lohan should get out of the other cocaine possession charge.

The most interesting aspects of this case are the accusations of the driver of the car that Lohan apparently chased while intoxicated which ended at a police station and officers approached the women with their guns drawn. As disgusting and pitiful as Lohan’s behavior is, there is still something grossly comical about her participating in a high speed chase that ended with police officers pointing their guns at her. I’d love to hear the story of the officers when they realized who they were aiming toward.

It appears now that Lohan’s lawyers (including the notably famous attorney Blair Berk) have formulated a plea bargain deal that will allow Lohan to serve a mere one day in jail by pleading no contest to the two counts of DUI that she would have faced at trial. So how does one get only one day in jail for two DUIs? Well, Lindsay’s lawyers managed to convince the judge to cut the minimum sentence of four days to two by requiring her to complete ten days of community service. The sentence was cut to one day because Lindsay was given credit for the time she had already spent in jail. When you hear about other celebs like Nicole Richie spending a mere 82 minutes in jail for a four day sentence due to overcrowding, you wonder whether Lindsay will even have time to be booked into jail before being released.

I think that many of you will agree with my view that Lohan deserves a lot more punishment than she’s getting. If not because no regular citizen could get away with this small amount of punishment for similar actions, then because I think it’s going to take a little more than this to penetrate Lohan’s ignorance and addiction to persuade her to get the help she obviously needs.

Only a few weeks after falling down stairs on stage during one of her live performances in Orlando, Beyonce has unintentionally received a little more additional publicity for an accident that occurred at her show in Toronto at the Air Canada Center earlier in August. As the bootylicious singer was bouncing up and down to the beat of one of her songs during a dance, an unexpected breeze blew the singers gold shirt up, possibly revealing her uncovered breasts. The supposed Beyonce exposure lasted only a mere fraction of a second, making it hard to determine whether Beyonce truly was naked under her top, or if she was wearing a skin-tight flesh-toned bra under her ensemble for the show.

As the second incident in a month, Beyonce seemed pretty prepared to deal with the issue and moved on quickly without lingering over the embarrassment. She did not stop the show and managed to regain her focus on the show very professionally. She did, however, ask members of her audience to refrain from posting videos of the incident online; a request which was ignored by many of her fans.

Soon after the assumed flashing, Beyonce’s public relations team sprung into action sending out the word that Beyonce had in fact been clothed under her costume. They stated that she was actually wearing a flesh-toned bra, as had been theorized, and questioned media outlets by exclaiming, “Do you really think Beyonce would go on stage like that?” We’re skeptical but do agree that the singer, who is not known for any excessively sexual behavior probably was covered with some sort camouflaged under-garment.

Add these facts to the common knowledge that Beyonce’s mother, Tina Knowles, is her wardrobe supervisor, and it becomes hard to believe that the singer would leave herself open to an accidental flashing by not wearing proper underwear. Well, that is, unless she is a closet exhibitionist.

Unfortunately, high quality pictures from Beyonce’s flashing accident have not been posted online, so you will have to be your own judge over whether you think she truly is wearing a flesh-toned bra under her elaborate loose top of her performance costume, or whether she was going bare-breasted. Video footage of the incident has also been posted at various media sites online as well.

On last Friday, August 17, Uncle Kracker was arrested for a second-degree forcible sex offense in Raleigh, North Carolina. He was held at the Wake County Jail. Uncle Kracker, or Matthew Shafer, is most famous for his former position as Kid Rock’s DJ, his hit “Follow Me” from the year 2000, and his famous duet with Kenny Chesney titled “When the Sun Goes Down”.

Shortly after he was released on $75,000 bail, Uncle Kracker made a statement to PEOPLE which suggests that he views the accusation from a women who was present at a club he also attended as nothing more than an attempt to ruin his reputation simply because he is famous. The statement reads, “It’s regrettable that someone would make this kind of allegation, not only because it’s not the kind of thing I’d do, as the father of three girls, it’s the kind of thing that I wouldn’t stand for. Anyone can say anything about anybody but it doesn’t make it true or correct. This is one of those cases. I’m saddened that anyone might think I’m capable of this sort of thing.” It is currently unknown whether the accusations of his 26-year old accuser are not credible, but as with any accusation of this nature, the accusations have been taken very seriously and will be investigated further by police. According to numerous reports, the woman approached an off-duty police officer stating that Uncle Kracker had committed a sexual act against her while she was inside the club. It is unknown what the exact offense he allegedly committed actually is because police have yet to release that specific information regarding the incident.

The accusing woman’s name was not released but the incident allegedly took place at the Ess Lounge, a nightclub where he had performed on the same night in downtown Raleigh, on Thursday night. However, Uncle Kracker was not arrested until hours later on early Friday morning, at approximately 4:45 a.m. according to TMZ.com, at the hotel he was staying in which was the Embassy Suites hotel. TMZ also reported that police officers had viewed Uncle Kracker as a flight risk because he had stated that he would fly immediately back to his home state of Michigan in order to escape the woman’s accusations and charges.

You may remember a few months ago when there was a huge rumor pervading the celeb gossip world that pictures of Nick Lachey and his girlfriend Vanessa Minnillo had been taken by freelance paparazzi through Fame Pictures which depicted the two lovebirds in some quite compromising positions during their vacation in Mexico. The most shocking of the Lachey/Minnillo sex pictures is a photo of the couple having sex in an outdoor hot tub at their private villa in Mexico as well as a few completely nude Vanessa Minnillo photos. Luckily, the savvy couple managed to wheel and deal with OK! Magazine by accepting to do an exclusive interview about their relationship as long as OK! Could provide the capital to purchase the more raunchy pictures of Nick and Vanessa and keep them under wraps for good. Well, at least that was the original plan. However, anyone knows that once celebrity sex photos are known to exist, they won’t remain a secret for very long.

Some of the terms of the interview with OK! Magazine were that the couple had to address the issue of the scandalous sex pictures. When being interviewed about their lack of privacy by OK!, Nick claimed that he and Vanessa had done no wrongdoing by having sex in a visible public location. He also made the following point during the same interview: “I was in Mexico with my girlfriend celebrating our first anniversary together on a private vacation. It’s not like I was caught with a Mexican hooker. We’ve all gone out and had a few too many and done something stupid. We’ve all made mistakes.” This mistake is turning out to have been a colossal one for the couple.

Unfortunately for Nick and Vanessa, their cover over this mistake has been blown and the pictures have been leaked for all to see. First, Life &Style and Australian magazine Famous, printed the risqué, but not the worst of the sex pics. However, Spanish publication Toxic Magazine has printed uncensored pictures of the couple which depict Vanessa Minnillo fully naked and probably a lot hairier than you would expect for a former beauty queen. Maybe from now on she has learned not to take such long breaks from getting waxed… and oh yeah, and not to have sex in view of cameras outdoors when you’re a celebrity!
